Abstract Relying on the Shenzhen Metro Line 13 project, a comprehensive set of shield muck treatment process was established, along with a set of treatment equipment according to the component characteristics of the muck, which efficiently realized the rapid separation of gravel, sand and mud cake in the shield muck. The technology has high treatment efficiency, outstanding separation effect and excellent economic and environmental benefits.
